Camping zones in northern Tenerife, your cheapest alternative

Those who have never tried to go camping think it is very uncomfortable, just the opposite to what campers that repeat the experience year after year say. To sleep just 20 meters away from the beach while you listen to the waves from your bed, to go away from the crowded city, to enjoy your family without schedules, and last but not least, to save some money it all has its own charm.

With these reasons, campers motivate the undecided to get a tent and get lost in nature. Tenerife offers a varied selection of camping zones, each more attractive than the one before. All you need is a tent and to want to have fun to choose this holiday alternative.

The users must pay for the services in this area, it is a public fee established by the town hall. The campers have pay between four and five euros per day to place his/her tent or their mobile home. The fee includes the access to light and water.

On the weekends the camping is at its peak. Many campers receive visits from their families and the place turns into a big party where values as the coexistence and the family are seen.

In general, the users say that the camping has all the necessary services and the facilities are very well kept. Other say that a cafeteria should be placed or at least a vending machine and a washer machine. Some of the services that they offer are showers, water, bathroom, eating tables, parking and a tv room, among others.

Many users decide not to leave the place although their holidays are over, and they continue going to their work from here. The kids are the ones who enjoy the most this alternative holiday.

The camping of La Punta was created among many protests from the hotel owners, but it managed to pass through them and become an alternative way to spend your holidays. You just need a tent and the desire to have some fun, meet new people and integrate with the canarian culture.
